tribal printed shirt - f21, black lace skirt - Urban Outfitters, rings - Ashland/f21, sunnies - boutique
I love senior year, because I get to wander around downtown sporting a Rosie the Riveter - inspired outfit... on a school night. I decided to go slightly tribal to match the down-to-earth vibe the bandana gives off, and slick on the bottom to add a dash of contrast. One of my favorite fashion-related things to do is mixing boho pieces with classy and refined pieces like this lace skirt to create a sort of misplaced hippie effect. On a completely different note, it rained last night! Which threw me completely off guard, considering the recent 80 degree weather (which is hot for Norcal). I just about cried tears of joy when thunder and lightning began to pick up last night. I cannot wait for cozy fall layers, hot cocoa, dancing in the rain, and of course curling up on the couch with my snuggie and watching my endless stash of recorded episodes of Friends. Oh, my life. |
