DIY maxi

Hey lovelies!!
Sorry for the SUPER LONG hiatus, for finals week/wrapping up junior year was crazy! Now I will definitely be posting more often, because guess what? SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER! :D <3 Yesterday I made sure to catch some (rather harsh) rays on my second day of summer in this DIY maxi skirt I made for my school's fashion club! A little background info: I have never sewed before in my life, and I know only one stitch. But through lots of hard work and quite a few mess-ups, I was able to put together this sheer black maxi skirt and a pair of high waisted shorts (which I will be showing you in the future!) I am pretty happy about how it turned out, although these two front slits were just made to fix a mistake I made in measurements! (shh ;)) Have an AMAZING start of summer - I know I will!
your favorite SENIOR! ;) ♥
