Updates

San Francisco adventures, halloween, Footloose, getting lost in parking garages, GNOs, nutella and strawberry crepes consumed before you could say "bon appetite.." basically everything missed photo-wise in these weeks of hiatus. My apologies for my disappearance lately - college apps combined with four AP/honors classes, work, and youth group seem to have gotten the best of me. With my first application deadline coming up on December 1st, have no fear; I will be posting more frequently very soon! In the meantime, happy late halloween! xoxo

Jump Then Fall

teal turban - f21

Sorry for my extreme absence as of late, trying to recover from a cold as fast as possible in the midst of hell week for Steel Magnolias = hectic, to say the least. Finally donning fall colors! Burnt orange for October, teal turban to incorporate my favorite bohemian vibe into the look. Although the weather is still fluctuating between 80 degrees and 60 with showers, the combination of settling into my classes and watching the candy isle in the grocery store grow in preparation for Halloween has finally put my mind into fall mode. Ready to carry out my typical autumn rituals: pimp out my yard with pumpkins and resume my tradition of sneaking into my dad's sweater drawer.

DIY maxi

Hey lovelies!!
Sorry for the SUPER LONG hiatus, for finals week/wrapping up junior year was crazy! Now I will definitely be posting more often, because guess what? SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER! :D <3 Yesterday I made sure to catch some (rather harsh) rays on my second day of summer in this DIY maxi skirt I made for my school's fashion club! A little background info: I have never sewed before in my life, and I know only one stitch. But through lots of hard work and quite a few mess-ups, I was able to put together this sheer black maxi skirt and a pair of high waisted shorts (which I will be showing you in the future!) I am pretty happy about how it turned out, although these two front slits were just made to fix a mistake I made in measurements! (shh ;)) Have an AMAZING start of summer - I know I will!
your favorite SENIOR! ;) ♥
