Wearing a blue and white outfit in honor of Hannukah, complete with a lethally rich latke scent infused into the fibers of my clothes. My fault entirely - I should have known that wearing anything in the presence of potato pancakes sizzling on the kitchen stove will result in clothes marked with latke scent for at least two washes. Oh well, the latke scented outfit fits the theme, in this case. Hopefully the latke smell didn't find its way into my new favorite shoes! I haven't checked yet, simply because I'd rather not smell my shoes. These suede Steve Madden wedges will surely be sticking around for quite a while. I had been looking for a pair of solid, versatile wedges like these for ages, and finally snatched these during Black Friday (which doesn't mean much - they still weren't very reasonably priced). This vintage crop top made its debut today and kindly contributed to this blue and white color scheme. I found this top in a thrift store about a month ago, and haven't had a chance to wear it until now, given the indecisive weather. I was surprised to be greeted by rain on my way down south to LA for Hannukah last weekend. Sure enough, the sky cleared up and made for perfect hiking weather the next day.
